We fired up the ovens in Pinjarra back in the ’90s with a simple mission—make great pies, serve the locals, and have a bit of fun along the way.
Since then, we’ve grown into a proudly local WA favourite, known for dishing out award-winning pies and warm, welcoming service. But beyond the trophies, it’s always been about feeding people well. Whether it’s a tradie grabbing brekkie, a family stopping in on a road trip, or a regular swinging by for their daily fix—we’re here for the everyday.
Family-owned and run, we’re all about quality, consistency and keeping things real. From the first golden bake to the last coffee poured, we take pride in doing what we do well.

Co-Founder & CEO
Larry Pantaleo
Founder, leader, and the driving force behind Pinjarra Bakery, Larry brings over 50 years of business smarts to the table. With a background in delis, real estate, and retail, he’s worn a few hats – but it’s in the world of pies that he’s truly made his mark.
From crafting store layouts to securing produce supply deals, Larry’s hands-on approach has shaped the PB experience from the ground up. He’s been instrumental in expanding our retail footprint and leading the development of our cutting-edge bakehouse and PB HQ.

Narda Pantaleo
As co-founder and the people-person of the business, Narda is all about culture, connection, and keeping things running smoothly out front. She leads our HR operations – from recruitment and training to refining systems that keep the team humming.
Narda’s also been a key figure in store design and the overall customer experience, helping bring the Pinjarra Bakery vibe to life in every location.

Jodie Pantaleo
Jodie is the creative force behind the Pinjarra Bakery brand. With 18+ years in the business, she’s shaped everything from our visual identity to the tone of voice that customers know and love.
Leading the marketing and communications team, Jodie drives strategy, campaigns, content, and digital direction – always with an eye on staying fresh, relevant, and connected with our community.

Daniel Pantaleo
Dan heads up our franchising arm and leads strategic planning and digital innovation across the group. With a background in business, property development, and venture capital, he’s all about big-picture thinking and sustainable growth.
Dan brings serious commercial experience to the table, helping guide both internal teams and future franchise partners on the journey ahead.

Chief Pie Maker
Paul Pantaleo
Paul is the engine room of the bakehouse – a seasoned pro with nearly two decades at PB and a talent for creating pies that win hearts (and awards). As Chief Pie Maker, he leads production, mentors the crew, and develops new products with precision and passion.
With multiple national titles under his belt – including Best Meat Pie in Australia (twice!) – Paul’s skill and dedication are second to none.
