- Provide administrative support to management and HR teams, including organisational and communication tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and files, and assist with HR department operations.
- Perform general office duties such as typing, editing, mailing, and filing.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

- Manage and organise maintenance department activities, including repairs and alterations to facilities.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address issues with equipment and facilities.
- Assist in hiring and leading maintenance personnel, while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.

- We are seeking experienced and skilled Pie Masters, Pastry Chefs & Bakers to join our award-winning team’
- You’ll need to be a solid team player, enjoy what you do and be passionate about the industry.
- Required shift times vary, discussed at the interview stage. In return, we offer a generous salary and excellent working conditions.

- This part-time, weekday position is working from our Bibra Lake distribution centre.
- To be successful in this role, you will need a ‘can-do attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
- Job will include assisting the head of distribution in packing and distributing orders and managing inventory.
- Data entry experience is preferred but not a deal breaker.
